We are looking for a manager who will lead the direction of sellers' development: growth of the sellers' base with sales, improvement of their efficiency (GMV/margin/service quality) and process scaling. A role at the interface of strategy, processes, data and team management.
Tasks and areas of influence:
Building and implementing a strategy for the development of sellers (how to quickly give the first orders, reactivation, maintenance, quality of service).
- Responsible for improving key direction metrics: % of vendors with sales, Churn, Retention, Speed of first order, % of successful orders, take rate/commission.
- Identifying bottlenecks in processes and launching improvements and automations with a measurable effect.
Improving the reporting and analytics system (dashboards, funnels, cohort analysis, LTV/portfolio).
Organization of effective team work: task setting, CRI, quality control, people development.
Work closely with Product/Marketing/Catalog/Logistics/Finance to improve seller experience and grow GMV.
Starting and scaling changes without increasing staff: automation, standards, process optimization.
What is important to us:
- Experience of managing a team (Team Lead / Head) in the areas of Success / Account / Operations / Growth.
- Experience in building or transforming processes in a scalable business (marketplace, e-commerce, is a plus).
- High level of ownership and responsibility for the result, not just for the performance of tasks.
- Initiative: the ability to independently find problems, propose solutions and bring them to implementation.
- Strong project management skills: planning, prioritization, change management and result control.
- Experience working with metrics and data, the ability to make management decisions based on them.
- Adaptability to change and uncertainty: the ability to effectively work with parallel priorities and quickly reorganize when focus and processes change.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective inter-team interaction.
- System thinking and focus on business effect.

Experience of working specifically with marketplace sellers (onboarding, success, growth).
Understanding the catalog: content quality, assortment, pricing, promotion.
Automation experience (CRM, integrations, BI, triggers)
