The team is successfully growing and developing during the 3 years of operation, the total staff is already about 70 employees. Your tasks: Team management (recruitment, adaptation, training, work control); Search for advertising connections and their scaling; Control of the advertising budget; Construction strategies; Reporting and their analysis; Evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns; Tracking key performance indicators of the team; Regular management; Conducting 1:1 with the team. Our ideal candidate should have: Experience in traffic arbitration from the 1st year; It will be an advantage — experience in bidding Team lead; Ability to set up advertising on Facebook and Google; Experience working with commodity business; Ability to manage a team and gain authority; Understanding of marketing strategies; Ability to manage advertising budgets. initiate and implement changes in work processes; Partial compensation for courses/seminars with specialization; Professional development and training of your soft and hard skills; Timely payment for work in a stable company; Stable work schedule from Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in a comfortable office in Khmelnytskyi; A team of professional people who support each other and reach new goals.
