Responsibilities:

• Management and control of the team, increasing its efficiency.
• Search, testing and scaling of working relationships and new sources of traffic.
• Creation, adjustment and launch of advertising campaigns.
• Monitoring and analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• Daily collection of advertising activity statistics.
• Analysis of results to increase ROI and increase profitability.
• Control of team KPIs.

Requirements:
 

• Experience in the position of Team Lead Gambling from 1 year.
• Successful experience of managing a team with 8-10 people.
• Ability to motivate the team to achieve KPI.
• Skills in analyzing advertising campaigns and formulating conclusions based on the results obtained.
• Experience with a large number of accounts.
• Deep understanding of the specifics of work in the Gambling niche.
