Team lead, Media-buyer Khmelnytskyi Our client — Traffic Rabbits, which specializes in online marketing, invites its team of purposeful and responsible Team lead to the traffic arbitration department. Traffic Rabbits is a young company specializing in vertical traffic arbitrage. The team is successfully growing and developing, and during the 3 years of operation, the total staff is already about 70 employees. Your tasks: Team management (selection, adaptation, training, work control); Search for advertising links and their scaling; Advertising budget control; Building a strategy; Reporting and analysis; Evaluation of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns; Monitoring of key performance indicators of the team; Regular management; Conducting 1:1 with the team. Our ideal candidate should have: 1 year of traffic arbitration experience; It will be an advantage — experience in the position of Team lead; Ability to set up advertising on Facebook and Google; Work experience in commodity business; The ability to manage a team and gain authority; Understanding of marketing strategies; Ability to manage advertising budgets.
