All offices are equipped with generators and starlinks. What will you do? manage the outreach team (recruitment, evaluation, motivation, training and development, control, support of the team with current knowledge and best industry practices); organize the workflow and manage the team's workload; work with pricing and analysis of competitors; proposing new ideas for connecting activities, PR campaigns or the like; setting up monthly reports; building relationships with other departments; finding ways to improve work efficiency; analyzing backlinks and referral strategies of competitors; forming and maintaining a database; participating in sales of the service as an insider companies and for clients. It is important for us: knowledge, or at least a deep understanding of Ahrefs, SEMRush, GSC, Screaming Frog; Checktrust, SimilarWeb; English from Intermediate level (oral and written); experience with English-speaking markets; leadership and managerial qualities, ability to manage a team of up to 5 people; work experience of at least 3 years as a Linkbuilder or Outreach specialist; experience of working in the USA and the EU (will be an advantage); high technical and financial literacy; ability to manage own and project resources according to the value and scope of tasks.
