What will you do?

• outreach team management (recruitment, evaluation, motivation, training and development,

• control, support of current knowledge and best industry practices);< /p>

• organize workflow and manage team workload;

• work with pricing and competitor analysis;

• generation of new ideas for various activities, PR campaigns, etc.;

• setup and control of monthly/quarterly/annual reports;

• building relationships with other departments; finding ways to improve work efficiency;

• analysis of backlinks and competitor link strategies; database formation and maintenance;

• participation in sales of the service both within the company and for customers.

It is important for us:

• experience of working with a team of 5 specialists;

• work experience of at least 3 years as a Linkbuilder or Outreach specialist;

• Knowledge of, or at least deep understanding of, Ahrefs, SEMRush, GSC, Screaming Frog, Checktrust, SimilarWeb;

• English from Intermediate level (oral and written);

• work experiencewith English-speaking markets (USA and EU will be an advantage);

• high level of communication skills (negotiations, flexibility and reasoned communication, finding the best solutions for both parties);

• ability to manage own and project resources according to the value and scope of tasks;

• results orientation, excellent organizational skills and experience in managing several complex projects at the same time ( from idea to implementation);

• ability to find a common language with different types of people, to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of own efficiency;
