All offices are equipped with generators and starlinks. What will you do? - managing the outreach team (recruitment, evaluation, motivation, training and development, control, support in the team of current knowledge and best industry practices); - organize the work process and manage the team's workload; - work with pricing and analysis of competitors; - proposing new ideas for connecting activities, PR campaigns or the like; - setting up monthly reports; - building relationships with other departments; - searching for ways to improve work efficiency; - analyzing backlinks and referral strategies of competitors; - forming and maintaining a database; - participating in sales of services both within the company and for clients. It is important for us: - knowledge, or at least a deep understanding of Ahrefs, SEMRush, GSC, Screaming Frog; Checktrust, SimilarWeb; - English from Intermediate level (oral and written); - experience with English-speaking markets; - leadership and managerial qualities, the ability to manage a team of up to 5 people; - at least 3 years of work experience as a Linkbuilder or Outreach specialist; - experience working with the USA and the EU (will be an advantage); - high technical and financial literacy; - ability to manage own and project resources according to the value and scope of tasks.
