Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive work with company personnel, including the following areas: onboarding and offboarding, personnel evaluation, personnel development, surveys. 

• Regular survey personnel according to business needs.  

• Development and implementation of training and staff development strategies. 

• Organization and conducting of trainings, seminars, workshops for improving the qualifications of office employees. 

• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs. 

• Participation in the development and implementation ofgram of individual development of employees. 

• Ensuring interaction with other company departments to meet training and development needs. 

• Organization and conducting assessment and analysis of training and development needs. 

• LMS Implementation

• Keep up with the latest learning technologies and trends and implement new tools or approaches to improve learning efficiency. 

Requirements:

• Higher education; 

• Self-organization, sociability; 

• Work experience in a similar position — from 5 years; 

• Experience of staff adaptation and training; 

• Experienced PC user (MS Office, Excel) and LMS;
  

• Ability to work for results; 

• Ability to make decisions independently

• working hours: from 9:00 to 18:00;   

• office work format ;   

• a comfortable office in the center of Kyiv in the A-class business center (Gulliver shopping center).
