Team Lead Java developer in Web Studio

We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Developer to join a project position to lead the development of mobile and web applications. Now it is interesting to be included on this preokt (more on that later) for a few months and permanent cooperation is possible.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Development Management: Conduct and coordinate software development work for mobile and web applications, ensuring high quality and timeliness of results.

• Technical leadership: Develop technical strategies, select optimal technologies and system architecture to achieve business project objectives.

• Mentoring and training: Provide mentoring and support to team members, facilitating their professional growth and skill development.

• Communication and Collaboration: Interact with other departments and stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and alignment of technical solutions with business needs.

• Problem Solving: Take responsibility for identifying and resolving technical issues and fixes errors in the development process.
  
  
  

  Requirements:

  • Experience in mobile (iOS or Android) and web application development.
  • In-depth knowledge of programming languages ​​and technologies such as JavaScript, Swift, Kotlin, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, etc.
  • Experience leading software development and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to make quick and informed decisions in a fast-paced development environment.

Our project includes the development of a mobile application and a web application to manage various aspects of the business, covering the following roles: back office, manager, staff, subcontractor, customers, and customer plus.
