Team Lead iOS Developer Dnipro, remotely AVIRISE is a company specializing in the development and promotion of mobile applications. Requirements: —Experience in effective team management, ensuring high quality of work and achievement of set goals (planning, task setting, training, team motivation, construction and optimization of internal processes); —Understanding the full cycle of mobile application development; — Experience with Storyboard/XIB and Autolayout; — Ability to work with hobbies; — Deep understanding of Swift, UIKit, iOS application life cycle; — Experience with client-server architecture, API integration; —Following the principles of SOLID, HIG, using patterns; —Experience in writing scalable code; —Experience with such libraries as Firebase, Facebook SDK, AdSupport; — Work with databases (CoreData/Realm), networking (REST, websockets), dependency managers (SPM, CocoaPods); —Experience in developing multi-threaded applications; — Ability to work with someone else's code (reading, refactoring); —Skills in using UI/UX solutions in conjunction with the designer; —Experience in finding and implementing optimal technical solutions (quality/speed). Main responsibilities: — Planning, management, organization and evaluation of team work; —Communication with management, participation in meetings; — Distribution and delegation of responsibilities between team members; — Mentoring of junior specialists, conducting technical interviews; — Development of mobile software applications for iOS devices; — Work with the development of own or hybrid programs; — Working with modern frameworks and libraries; —Support of current products; —Development of new projects/functions; —Other functions related to the development of software products.
