Team Lead iOS Developer in Avirise

Requirements: — Experience in effective management of a team of 3 people; — Experience in creating and managing a team, ensuring high quality of work and achievement of set goals (planning, task setting, training, motivation teams, building and optimizing internal processes);— Understanding of the full cycle of mobile application development;— Experience with Storyboard/XIB and Autolayout;— Ability to work with animations;— Deep understanding of Swift, UIKit, iOS application life cycle;— Experience with client- server architecture, API integration;— Following the principles of SOLID, HIG, using patterns;— Experience in writing scalable code;— Experience in working with libraries such as Firebase, Facebook SDK, AdSupport;— Working with databases (CoreData/Realm), networking ( REST, websockets), dependency managers (SPM, CocoaPods);— Experience in developing multithreaded applications;— Ability to work with other people's code (reading, refactoring);— Skills in using UI/UX solutions in communication with the designer;— Experience in search and implementation optimal technical solutions (quality/speed). Main duties:— Planning, management, organization and evaluation of team work;— Communication with management, participation in meetings;— Distribution and delegation of responsibilities among team members;— Mentoring of junior specialists, conducting technical interviews;— Developing mobile software applications for iOS devices;— Working with the development of native or hybrid applications;— Working with modern frameworks and libraries;— Supporting current products;— Developing new projects/features;— Other functions related to development of software products.
