Our candidate:

  • Has 1+ years of experience in the field ofB2Bsales as a Team Lead
  • Has successful experience of working as a sales manager (preferably B2B)
  • Able to systematize work
  • Has experience working with a team, the ability to give and receive feedback communication
  • Able to multitask and solve problems
  • Has analytical skills, ability to identify sales trends and patterns
  • Communicates and negotiates confidently
  • Targeted, results oriented, attentive to details

What tasks will need to be worked on:

  • Active Personal Selling -working with inbound leads only, product consulting, working through objections and closing deals. Your job is to lead by example for the team!
  • Analysis of the CRM system — analysis of sales indicators, planning and forecasting of plans, monitoring the workload of managers and their work efficiency
  • Sales control — forecasting and planning of deals, the amount of sales planned for a week/month/quarter
  • Calibration of scripts - adjustment of scripts according to the results of calibration, strengths and weaknesses of the manager
  • Analysis of problematic and successful conversations with the team (successful for examples, problematic for solving problems with customers)
  • Sales assistance - working with complex clients if the manager needs help
  • Reporting to the ROP/Owner
  • Teaching managers sales techniques and handling objections

From us you will receive:

  • The rate for the trial period term - 40,000 UAH. After which, on a permanent basis, you will receive:a bet of UAH 30,000 + bonuses from personal sales and team indicators from $1,000 to $2,000. But we are sure that you can do much more!
