The main strategic direction of the company is to enter the international market and create product values of the LIGA 360 platform for customers from different countries.
We invite to our team a Team Lead in the corporate sales department who has experience in attracting large customers and will be responsible for searching, establishing contacts and concluding agreements with key clients in Ukraine.
What you will do:
- Planning and coordinating the work of the department, directly reporting to 3 hunters (Key Account Manager);
- Monitoring the performance of KPI indicators, holding meetings, coordination sessions, optimizing the workload in the team;
- Attracting large corporate clients using cold search (LinkedIn, calls, industry events: conferences, forums, webinars, etc.);
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships at the top management level of companies;
- Conducting product presentations for potential clients;
- Preparing commercial proposals for clients.
Our wishes for the candidate:
- Higher education;
- From 2 years of experience in sales with large corporate clients on the Ukrainian market (banks, finance, IT, audit, consulting, telecommunications, logistics, etc.);
- Experience in team management;
- Experience in managing and building relationships with large clients in the B2B sphere;
- Great desire for development in the industry IT sales.
