Team Lead in the SMM department in 25 Coffee Roasters

Hello! We are looking for a responsible, proactive and creative team leader for the SMM department team. If you yourself are a very cool SMM person, know how to organize processes, have experience working with a team and strive for growth as a specialist - welcome to our marketing department ;) What to do :- Organize the work of the SMM department, monitor the implementation of plans - Implement new ideas and strategies for the development of the direction - Work with analytics and reports, ensure results in social media outreach and sales - Independently manage part of the company's social media - Generate ideas, constantly follow trends - Communicate with partners on partnerships in the SMM direction What we expect from a colleague: - 2 years of experience as an SMM specialist, the presence of strong cases - Organizational skills, the ability to work in a team and with a team - Responsibility, focus on results , active pace of work - Strategic thinking, analytical abilities - Trendiness, developed vision of the beautiful - Desire to develop personally, develop the company and the product - Understanding the coffee market of Ukraine and Europe will be a plus What we offer: - Work with interesting Ukrainian and European projects (25 Coffee Roasters ua /eu, Vlasna Kava) - Adequate salary - Permanent full-time employment (schedule 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00) - Work in a large team of like-minded people - Openness to your crazy ideas - Corporate discounts on coffee Ideal if our colleague will live in Lviv, but we are considering remote work options.
