We are a company that is actively developing and opening new beer stores, forming a strong team of professionals. We invite to our team an experienced Team Lead HR who will become a driver of changes, development of people and construction of modern HR processes.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • work experience in positions HR Manager / Team Lead HR / Senior HR Generalist;
  • management skills and team management experience;
  • practical knowledge in the field of recruitment, adaptation, training, analytics and personnel retention;
  • experience in creating training programs, methodological materials and presentations;
  • ability to work with HR metrics and data, analytical mindset;
  • proactivity, structure, empathy and decision-making ability;
  • willingness to propose new approaches and implement changes.

Basic responsibilities:

1) Management of the HR department:

  • Formation and implementation of the company's HR strategy;
  • Setting team tasks, coordination jobs;
  • Development of the employer brand and increasing the company's attractiveness on the labor market.

2) Recruiting and selection of personnel:

  • Building an effective job closing process;
  • Participation in hire management and key positions;
  • Optimization of candidate search channels

3) Adaptation, training and development:

  • Creation and implementation of the adaptation system;
  • Development and launch of training programs, training materials;
  • Adjustment of training materials from the range of the network;
  • Maintenance of personnel reserve among sellers.

4) HR analytics and maintenance personnel:

  • Analysis of staff turnover, reasons for dismissals, assessment of hiring costs;
  • Preparation of recommendations and implementation of staff retention measures;
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs.

5) Corporate culture and HR projects:

  • Launch of eNPS and other satisfaction surveys;
  • Working with results and implementation of improvements;
  • Promotion of corporate culture and values;
  • Participation in creating new standards of sales personnel;
  • Automation of HR processes.
