Team Lead (house leader/curator of shared accommodation in Hebron IT Academy

Hebron is a Christian social organization that has been working with socially vulnerable youth for more than 10 years. We provide free IT education, accommodation, food, mentoring and psychological support, as well as help with further employment.
In addition to IT training, our students undergo: • Bible training; • classes in Brazilian jiu-jitsu; • personal and spiritual development program.
Purpose of the position
We are looking for a Leader of the house - a responsible, mature and spiritually stable person who will live in the house together with students (orphans and youth from low-income families) and ensure a healthy, disciplined and safe atmosphere of common life.
Main duties • Permanent residence in the house together with students. • Organization and maintenance of internal discipline. • Formation and control of compliance with the rules of cohabitation. • Distribution of household responsibilities between residents of the house. • Daily supervision of household, order and atmosphere in the house. • Supporting the moral, spiritual and emotional state of youth. • To be an example of Christian values ​​in everyday life. • Interaction with the organization's team (mentors, psychologists, management). • Participation in resolving conflict situations and preventing student burnout.
Requirements for the candidate • Good physical and mental health. • Maturity, responsibility, emotional stability. • Shares and practices Christian values. • Experience working with children or youth would be an advantage. • Leadership, mentoring, or ministry experience preferred. • Willingness to live with students and be involved in their lives. • The presence of a family (wife, children) is desirable, but not mandatory.
