Team Lead, a team leader for the processing of technical documentation with knowledge of the German language in Groza E.V., FOP

FOP Groza provides services in the field of construction and architecture in Ukraine and abroad, in particular in Germany. Our task is to provide informational support to clients (developers, designers) by obtaining technical documentation from network operators, which confirms or refutes the location of utility infrastructure objects on the territory of the construction site (gas, electricity, water supply and other communications). This allows you to make civil construction safer, avoid accidents and/or legal collisions. Tasks of the team leader: You will work in a small team (5-6 people) and use our online project management tool to ensure that our clients receive full a package of technical documentation on underground/overground engineering communications before the start of construction/tendering or whatever, so that they can use this data to plan and implement their construction projects with confidence in the completeness and reliability of the reference information. These tasks include: Verification and processing of mail (in German) Verification and analysis of received project documentation Data systematization and reporting Communicating with German clients (in writing, through an administrative online resource), commenting on the progress of work. Monitoring the work of your team, planning and organizing their work Working conditions: remotely or in the office in Poltava.
