Additional/holiday weekends (after the end of martial law and the Victory of Ukraine) Requirements: 3 years of experience as an IT Team Lead; Experience in project work; Developed management skills; Knowledge of the TCP/IP protocol stack, the basic principles of operation of transmission networks; Understanding of SIP protocols , H323, RADIUSKnowledge of the basic principles of VOIP operation, VOIP terminal equipment; Practical skills in working with various PBX and SoftSwitch, in particular Asterisk, MVTS, FreeSwitch; Experience in troubleshooting complex applications (one-way hearing, RTP loss, jitter, transcoding, DTMF) Experience in writing scripts by one language (Bash, PHP, Python, Perl); Database administration experience (Mysql, PostgreSQL) (replication, backup, ability to build SQL queries). Experience with monitoring systems and billing systems; Competent oral and written communication; Technical English language Main tasks and responsibilities: Team Management: Management and motivation of a team of system administrators. Conducting evaluations and development of team members. Project Planning and Execution: Development and implementation of system administration strategies. Coordination of work on planning, implementation and support of projects. Technical Management: Ensuring the efficient functioning of the server infrastructure. Implementation of best practices in the field of technical security and automation. Support and Response to Incidents: Ensuring uninterrupted operation of information systems and services. Identification and resolution of problems identified during incidents. Cooperation with other departments: Interaction with other departments to ensure a unified development strategy. Terms of our cooperation with you: Fixed work schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Friday. Timely payment of wages: rate (30,000-40,000 UAH) ± KPI + bonus. The rate depends on the results of the final interview.
