📋What we expect from you:

 • Experience in the position of Team Lead/Head from 2 years;
 • Experience in building infrastructure from 0 with a technical team;
 • Understanding the principles of arbitration, traffic conversion;
 • Experience in managing a team of 5 people: setting KPIs, monitoring their implementation, analyzing results, building a motivation system;

 • Develop infrastructure;
 • Formation and management of a team of media buyers;
 • Effective purchase and generation of traffic;
 • Finding the most effective sources of traffic, scaling campaigns, increasing conversions;
 • Evaluation, analysis of the effectiveness and results of the activities;
 • Development and implementation of strategies promotion for specific sources and GEO;
 • Participation in communication with partners.
