• Experience on the post Team Lead/Head from 1- th year
• Experience of managing a team of 3 people
• Ability to work according to a model CPA, CPL and compliance with Broker KPIs;
• Understanding Crypto business processes - vertical
• Crypto experience offers
• Ability to work with budgets from $1000 a day;
• Ability to work with a large amount of information;< /li>
• Creative approach;
