As traffic and the number of clients grow, and the geography of work expands, we invite to our team a Team Lead (Polish speaking, remote) to work with our clients from Poland.

- Schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (to be in touch), weekend - Saturday, Sunday;
- < strong style="font-weight: 700">ZP: UAH 24,000(600 dollars) —for a trial period (1 month)with further revision of the contract up to UAH 40,000 (1,000 dollars)depending on the results;

Our expectations:
- Knowledge of the Polish language (level from B2 is mandatory).We want to see a candidate who can communicate quite fluently with Polish residents;
- Polish language certificate "Certyfikat Znajomosci Jezyka Polskiego jako Obcego" is highly desirable;
- Experience in personnel management(Head of the call center group, Team Lead, Supervisor, Coach) — from 1 year (highly desirable).
- We also consider ambitious novice managers who consciously feel their superpower in team management\coaching and want to try opportunities and support them;
- Experience in sales will be an advantage,experience in the direction ofBADs\Nutra;
- Leadership qualities, the ability to achieve a set goal and overcome difficulties, indomitability, perseverance, independence, awareness, the desire for success (one's own and the team);
- Ability to analyze your work and the work of the department, CRM, tables;
- Constructive communication with management and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Creating a robotyou have your own group of operators: conducting interviews in Polish, training sales managers (sell by script, work in CRM);
- Organization and control further work of sales managers: ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the center, monitoring the implementation of planned indicators of the center and KPI;
- Assisting sales managers in solving current issues and working with the CRM system;
- Motivate your employees, help them move to new heights.
