Your future tasks: • Development of new solutions in the product, according to the design layout; • Product support, optimization and development • Decomposition and assessment of user story • Team management (distribution of tasks, coordination and provision of effective communication in the team) • Technical management (participation in the design of the application architecture and the choice of technologies for their implementation, technical decomposition and prioritization of tasks) • Communication with stakeholders (interaction with customers or managers) of the product, finding optimal technical solutions for closing the business goals of the product)• Team development (direction of development of developers, code reviews, providing regular feedback with the aim of improving the team's performance) 2 years of Team Lead experience • Experience with Typescript, ES6/ES7; JavaScript Core • Deep understanding of SOA principles and Web Services technologies (REST, GraphQL) • Understanding of algorithms and data structures • Knowledge of development flows, CI/CD pipelines • Experience in software architecture design • Knowledge and use of ReactJS development "Best practices" • Experience in D2D (Developer- to-developer) developers • Experience in designing and implementing complex programs without a framework, changing its use, writing your own • Ability to understand business requirements (functional and non-functional) and translate them into technical solutions • Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies • Ability to work in a team and skills in the distribution of tasks between team members • Skills formulation and posing of reasoned, contextual questions with clearly defined expectations • Ability to work with observations and escalation of problems • Skills of conceptualizing complex entities and explaining technical nuances to representatives of non-technical positions in the team• Attention to detail and healthy perfectionism Our recruitment stages: • HR interview • Technical interview • Job Offer ;)
