Team Lead for the crypto airdrop startup (PHP, Node.js, Python) in Upstaff

Project DescriptionWe are looking for a Team Lead (PHP, Node.js, Python) for a sustainable and fast-growing crypto airdrop startup that utilizes DApp and Web3 protocols.Project Technical Stack:Back-end - PHP, Node.js, Python.Front-end - JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap 4, Jquery, Smart Contracts.DB - MySQL.Blockchain - Solidity, web3.jsThe ideal candidate will cover 70% back-end and 30% front-end parts.Team:Telegram ChatBot Dev (backend), QA, Designer, 4 back-end and 2 front-end engineers.What you will be doing:- Architecture design and reviews.- Implementation of requirements, clarification, and discussion.- Development and maintenance of the server-side components of software products.- Optimization and enhancement of the performance of backend systems.- Implement APIs to support the platform's automated generation of performance reports.- Apply version control systems and automated tests.- Enhance and modify web services and websites.What we are expecting from you:- 3+ years of experience working with PHP, Node.js, and Python (main stack can be any of them);- Experience with JavaScript, CSS, and JQuery.- Experience with MySQL database (optimization, high-load).- Experience in web3 projects will be a big plus.
