We expect from you:

• Experience of managing a media buying team of 3 people;
• Experience of working in the position of Team Lead from 6 months or more;
• Able to work with large budgets;
• Have cases with large volumes a plus;
• Source of Native Ads up toFacebook, Google;
• You know the source you are working with perfectly.

• Creation and optimization of advertising campaigns;
• Finding new connections and approaches for scaling;
• Recruitment of new buyers, secondary interviews and their onboarding;
• Organization and coordination of team workflow;< /li>
• Development, introduction and optimization of existing KPIs;
• Short- and medium-term planning;
• Analysis and control of team performance;
• Weekly and monthly reporting.
