Team Lead Engineer (Node.js)

• Lead and supervise the work of a team of up to 6 software engineers, ensuring effective team dynamics and meeting deadlines.
• Maintain and improve existing architecture using a high level of knowledge in Node.js, TypeScript and related technologies.
• Ensure high development standards through application of best practices and thorough code reviews, ensuring quality results.
• Provide project estimates and validate team member estimates, contributing to effective project planning and execution.
• Participate in planning with the project manager, ensuring a holistic approach to the project.
• Actively participate in the implementation of new features, allocating up to 70% of working time to development.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in JavaScript, Node.js, TypeScript, SQL and cloud computing technologies, with deep understanding of server-side programming and REST API.
• Proficiency in various tools and technologies including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis AWS.
• Solid understanding of software patterns, architectural approaches, and the development of cloud-specific solutions.

Will be an advantage:

• Previous experience as a team leader or architect is a big plus.
• Experience with Vue.js, Kafka, AWS, Go adds significant value.
