Requirements: Fluency in English, spoken and written (B1+); Experience as a dispatcher in the US market; Experience with Cargo/Sprinter Vans, Box Truck a must; Work experience with the Sylectus, DAT and other logistics systems. Responsibilities: Organization and control of team work Synchronization of company and team goals Resolving conflict situations and solving problems arising during transportation; Search for cargo on specialized platforms; Negotiations with drivers and brokers; We offer: Rate $550 + % and bonuses; Work schedule: 3:00 p.m.—01:00 a.m. Mon-Fri (combined type of work: office + remote); 100% autonomous and comfortable office in the city center: generator, Starlink, delicious coffee and tea; Friendly team!
