We are looking for a Team Lead DevOps with the specified technical and team leadership and management skills to join us and will help take a number of existing and new processes and culture to the next level with the team. You will have to work on implementing new technologies and optimizing current processes. As part of project teams, you will be engaged in: - Interact with development teams and the existing DevOps team; - Be a technical expert for project teams; - Improve existing CI/CD, SDLC processes; - As part of infrastructure setup tasks, set tasks for the infrastructure support team , control and delegate their implementation; - Ensure the deployment of new infrastructure components, automate the configuration of monitoring, backup processes, etc.; - Support the transformation of the company's applications into a micro-service architecture; - You will take part in the improvement of products and processes; You will take direct participation in the construction of DevOps\SRE\DevSecOps processes and culture in an Enterprise level company. Our Lead must have: - experience in DevOps - 5+ years; - experience working with a large corporate business; - experience managing a DevOps/SysAdmin/ Development team at the position of team leader or technical leader or technical mentor for a group of people; - knowledge and understanding of the principles and best practices of DevOps\DevSecOps, SRE, GitOps, Scrum, Agile; - Practical experience with Azure DevOps (GitHub actions, GitLabCI, etc.) in development and support CI/CD processes for applications deployed in the cloud; - Experience working with monitoring and logging systems (for example, Prometheus, AWS CloudWatch, ELK stack, Azure Monitor and Log Analytics, etc.); - Knowledge at the level of system administrator of Linux-based environments ( Ubuntu \ RedHat) and automated scripting; - Hands-on experience with IaC using automation tools/configuration management systems (eg Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager); - Hands-on experience in provisioning and deploying cloud infrastructure in Azure and/or AWS; use of cloud services:— Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Function, Azure Cache for Redis, Azure SQL, AKS, Azure high-performance computing, etc.— Lambda, ECS, EKS, RDS, ELB, EC2, etc.— knowledge and understanding of technologies, related to development under k8s (azure kubernetes service, elastic kubernetes service, ArgoCD, nginx, elk stack, grafana + Prometheus, cert-manager); - practical experience of working with highly loaded systems;- practical experience in implementing FINOPS approaches. It will be a plus:- understanding of setting up the process of building and distributing mobile applications (Android, iOS);- experience working with solutions based on .net core, java containers;- advanced knowledge (at the DBA level) of work principles MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Azure Queues and Service Bus Queues, experience in their administration and diagnostics.
