Requirements: 5+years ofexperience insoftware integration/DevOps 3+years ofexperience asaTeam Lead would beaplus Advanced experience with both self-hosted and cloud solutions Experience inDocker deployment and orchestration Ambassador ofthe Infrastructure asCode (IaC) approach Expert understanding ofContinuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment concepts In-depth understanding ofnetworking fundamentals (switching, routing, load balancing, name resolution, etc.) Strong background inLinux and shell scripting Expertise with logging and monitoring systems English B1+ You will deal with and beresponsible for: Provide leadership and guidance tothe DevOps team Collaborate with cross-functional teams toalign DevOps practices with overall business goals Manage and coordinate the implementation ofDevOps processes and best practices Mentor and develop team members, fostering aculture ofcontinuous improvement Oversee the design and implementation ofrobust CI/CD pipelines Lead the configuration and deployment ofdatabases and orchestration clusters Drive the development and improvement ofmonitoring and logging systems Collaborate closely with developers andQA tooptimize the software delivery process Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies inDevOps Participate instrategic planning and decision-making processes atthe leadership level Ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability ofinfrastructure and applications Provide regular updates and reports toupper management onteam progress and key metrics Foster apositive and collaborative team environment Participate inthe hiring and onboarding ofnew team members.
