Your role includes:

• Team coordination and management: support, support, feedback, performance evaluation, working with ratings.

• Training and development of personnel: creating training materials, conducting onboarding, developing instructions.

• Working with data: analysis department indicators, process optimization, reporting.

• Communication and documentation: maintaining internal documentation, control of financial processes, interaction with other departments.
