Job details :

As a Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting the team towards achieving project objectives, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Over 7 years of experience working with C++ and building windows-based software in utilities category;
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks such as Qt or Sciter;
• In-depth knowledge of software architecture and design patterns, along with principles of good software development;
• Proficiency in using Git and understanding Git workflow;
• Knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus;
• Good knowledge of DevOps methodologies and the software development lifecycle;
• Practical experience in writing build scripts;
• Proficiency in API documentation tools, such as Swagger;
• Good knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database management systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, T-SQL, MongoDB);
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical issues;
• Nice to have understanding of the .NET ecosystem, C# and .NET Frameworks;
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day activities of the development team, assigning tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow;
• Help analyze and resolving technical problems, and implement new features in existing products;
• Coordinate the development and maintenance of Windows-based software applications, including frontend and backend components for PC cleaner and driver-related utilities products;
• Filter and decompose requirements into technical tasks, providing the information necessary for development;
• Oversee the development lifecycle of the software, from initial planning through to final deployment and maintenance;
• Empower junior team members to develop their skills in relevant technologies and practices;
• Serve as a go-to person for expert opinions and technical guidance within the team;
• Establish a robust code review process to improve code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards;
• Ensure detailed documentation of code, design, and test cases to maintain a clear and comprehensive project record;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product manager, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers, to accomplish sprint goals;
• Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams for deployment and monitoring of applications;
• Follow and promote Agile methodology, actively participating in sprint planning, sprint reviews, and daily stand-up meetings;
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
