We are a Ukrainian product IT company Galactica , which creates and promotes its own online projects in the most solvent markets of the world: USA, Canada, Australia, Great Britain, EU. Our company, like our core product, has been around for 4+ years and Galaktica's products have been successful, allowing us to grow and develop our employees. We are actively growing and scaling, so we are looking for a Team Lead Billing Manager, who will lead our billing department.

You will be surrounded by strong, smart and creative professionals as we carefully build our team. Your opinion and your decisions will really be valuable to the company. What will be part of your duties:

• You will be involved in monitoring the work of acquiring, analysis of declines and optimization of payment throughput;

• You will interact with acquiring providers and close requests from them;
• Monitor mutual settlements with providers and data reconciliation in accounting;
• Take part in meetings of the company and the management of your team;
• You will control risks (chargebacks, frauds, refunds);
• Find and connect new providers.

What skills and criteria are important to us now:

• You have 2 years of experience in the field of receiving payments;
• You deeply understand the mechanisms of accepting card payments;
• You know the rules of international payment systems and have analytical skills;
• You have experience working with high-risk E-commerce;
• You speak English at the Upper-intermediate level.

It will be a big plus if you:

• Have experience in keeping records of acquiring payments and mutual settlements with providers;
• You have six months of managerial experience.
