We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for a Team Lead (BackEnd) What will you do1. Management of backend development teams:- Scaling of teams - selection of employees, onboarding, mentoring- Monitoring of employees' compliance with processes related to the performance of work duties- Evaluation of team performance2. Formation and control of the implementation of the processes of development and assessment of tasks3. Interact with other members of the development team, including front-end developers, QA, BA and designers, to ensure the successful completion of projects4. Participation in the development of web applications, analysis of projects, decomposition of tasks5.
