What will you do Management of backend development teams: Scaling of teams - selection of employees, onboarding, mentoring Monitoring of employees' compliance with processes related to the performance of work duties Evaluation of team performance 2. Formation and control of the implementation of development processes and assessment of tasks 3. Interaction by other members of the development team, including front -end developers, QA, BA and designers, to ensure the successful completion of projects 4. Participation in the development of web applications, project analysis, task decomposition 5.
