Now we have an open position for a Team Lead (NON-significant) - a person who knows how to work with a team, take responsibility and effectively organize processes in the call center.
Your main tasks:
Management of a team of call center operators.
Control of the implementation of plans, analysis of results.
Distribution of tasks, support in work, assistance in complex cases.
Training, adaptation of new employees.
Motivation of the team, development and building of team spirit.
Ensuring quality service and achieving high results.
What we expect from you:
Experience in management positions in a call center from 1-2 years.
Desirable experience in sales / mass communications.
Ability to work in a multitasking mode.
Team management and time management skills.
Fluent Germanlanguage (B2+).
Orientation on results and the ability to motivate people.
