Team lead Assistant (Operations department) до F5 ApS in F5 ApS

We are the Ukrainian office of the Danish company F5 ApS, which also has a representative office in Sweden. Our company organizes networking for top and middle managers. We help our clients adapt to the changes brought about by globalization (which is one of the biggest factors in changing today's world, markets, positions and roles, as well as visions).

The mission of the Ukrainian office is to ensure uninterrupted operational work of the company in the following departments – IT, Events, Finance, Lead and Sales, HR, Operations and to have confidence that all processes are performed correctly and on time.

Currently, we are looking for a person not only with the necessary skills, but also a team player who will be a great addition to our friendly team.

We envision our ideal candidate to have:

• a solid command of English (as work systems and daily communication will be in English);
• extraordinary attention to details and disagreements;
• indifference to tasks, clients, work;
• flexible approach to work;
• computer literacy;
• qualities of Multi-tasker and Doer;
• understand the need for self-examination in vulnerable moments;
• experience with Excel and Google Docs.

Areas of responsibility:

• ordering and calculating the required number of portions of food for events;
• operational work (placing estimates and visiting clients in the database);
• updating slides;
• assistance to the Team Leader in testing new functions in the database developed by developers;
• preparation of reports (possible development in the department).
