Weare looking for anexperienced Team Lead with C# Software Development skills towork inour Kyiv office and join aSCRUM team with the mission todevelop the next generation ofthe ERP system and 3DCADsoftware. You will ease the daily work ofdental technicians and dentists helping them inproviding better patients treatments. The new product will serve millions ofusers within the Labs and Clinics all over the World. You will join ahighly skilled and motivated team. Wehave utilized arange oftechnologies including Visual Studio, C#, ASP .NET Core, git, etc. Your responsibilities asaDeveloper: Design web and desktop services, backend algorithms, and implement workflows for dentistry. Ensure high code quality. E.g. through reviews, refactoring, processes, code metrics, etc. Ensure high maintainability ofthe code. E.g. through designing and implementing automatic tests. Cooperate with developers onother teams and projects. Take part indeveloping the client server architecture for the coolest Dental Lab applications. Your responsibilities asaTeam Lead: Lead and manage ateam, fostering apositive and collaborative work environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship toteam members tofacilitate their professional growth and development. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance evaluations toassess team members’ progress and address any concerns orchallenges. Conduct interviews and on-board the right people for the team. Look for ways tooptimize team performance, productivity, and efficiency. Resolve conflicts and escalate issues asnecessary toensure the successful completion ofproject deliverables. Learn the modern methodologies ofmanagement and take care ofself-development.
