Your tasks: ● implementation of quality standards at the team level: - search and selection of automation and optimization tools in view of the current state of support processes; - implementation of technologies and tools recognized as such, which can qualitatively affect the results of the team and/or business processes; - analysis of monitoring data on the state of systems and processes in the perimeter of the team's responsibility; - analysis and assessment of the results and consequences of changes in business processes - proactive monitoring and refactoring of processes that are redundant/harmful to support processes (Data Analysis & Business Analysis, monitoring and analytics tools); ● cooperation with specialists from other divisions: - meetings, correspondence and negotiations with product development teams of software products and business representatives; ● interaction with specialists of the support team in the implementation of joint projects and initiatives - adding one's own experience to achieve qualitative changes in the work of the team; ● interaction with business customers of support services: - consultations on support services ; - negotiations regarding the level and quality of support - collection and processing of feedback.
