Your tasks:
● implementation of quality standards at team levels:
— search and selection of automation and optimization tools based on an overview of the current state of support processes;
— implementation of technologies and tools recognized as having a qualitative impact on team results and/or business processes;
— analysis of monitoring data on the status of systems and processes within the team's area of responsibility;
- analysis and assessment of the results and consequences of changes in business processes - proactive monitoring and refactoring of processes that are redundant/harmful to support processes (Data Analysis & Business Analysis, monitoring and analytics tools);
● cooperation with specialists from other departments:
— meetings, correspondence and negotiations with product development teams of software products and business representatives;
● interaction with specialists of the support team in implementation joint projects and initiatives - adding one's own experience to achieve qualitative changes in the team's work;
● interaction with business customers of support services:
- consultations on support services;
- negotiationsregarding the level and quality of support - feedback collection and processing.
Necessary skills:
● experience in participating in projects involving teams and specialists from various fields;< br/>● experience in technical support in the role of team lead (teams with the number of
● understanding of the software development life cycle;
● experience in working with Python , Grafana, PL/T-SQL, Oracle;
● work planning experience in team management systems (TFS, Jira);
● experience in maintaining high-quality technical documentation, knowledge of Confluence;
● experience with AWS, Airflow, Postgres, Kafka, Elastic are preferred.
