Role mission:Ensuring profitability of SEO traffic across all verticals through monetization team management, uEPC support at a level not lower than market indicators, diversification of income sources and development partner ecosystem.
Your key tasks:
- Team management
- Setting team goals and monitoring their achievement in accordance with OKR.
- Conducting regular team rituals: 1-on-1, planning, retrospectives, status meetings.
- Developing specialist competencies, providing feedback and support in professional growth.
- Distribution of workload among team members and effective prioritization tasks.
- Building, optimizing and documenting internal processes to improve team productivity.
- Analytics and strategy
- Monitoring key team indicators (uEPC, revenue, level approving by niches).
- Identifying growth points and launching initiatives to improve performance.
- Forming team focuses through niche and geo analysis, making decisions about priorities.
- Cross-functional interaction
- Close cooperation with SEO team leads on synchronizing priorities, developing new directions and opening markets.
- Coordination with DEVdealing with issues of technical tasks necessary to launch or optimize projects.
- Regular reporting to the CEO on team results, key metrics dynamics and strategic initiatives.
Your experience and competencies:
Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, including the full cycle of work with partners, traffic optimization and monetization models.
- From 1 year of experience managing a CRO team or an analytical team: setting tasks, monitoring metrics, coordinating processes.
- Practical experience with at least one of the niches: Fintech, Nutra or iGaming.
- Deep understanding and working with monetization models: CPA, CPL, Revenue Share.
- SEO traffic monetization experience will be a significant advantage (a big plus).
Will be an advantage:
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, the operation of affiliate programs and the specifics of various types of social media.
- Knowledge of key monetization metrics (uEPC, EPC, CR, Approval Rate, LTV) and the ability to interpret them.
- Understanding the principles and differences of CPA, CPL, CPS and other affiliate monetization formats.
- Experience with trackers (Keitaro, Binom or similar systems).
- Knowledge of the basics of A/B and split testing: forming hypotheses, determining the required sample, assessing statistical significance.
- Understanding the specifics of Fintech, Nutra or iGaming niches (regulatory requirements, seasonality, behavioral features of the audience).
Skills:
- Web analytics: working with GA4, Google Search Console, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity.
- A/B testing: setting up, running and analyzing the results of split tests.
- Data visualization: creating dashboards and reports in Looker Studio, Google Sheets.
- Affiliate tracking: working with platforms Keitaro, Binom, Voluum and their analogues.
- Team management: setting tasks, monitoring execution, conducting 1-on-1 and providing feedback.
- Prioritization: identifying critical tasks, planning team work and resources.
- Presenting results: preparing reports and conveying key conclusions stakeholders.
