Work experience in the gambling/betting vertical as a team leader for at least 1 year. 2. Experience with SEO traffic. 3. Participation in international conferences related to vertical gambling. 4. The ability to work with large volumes of data and analyze them to determine the efficiency of the department's work. 5. Experience in reporting and team planning. 6. Knowledge of the main models of cooperation with partners (Flat fee, Rev Share, Hybrid, Guarantee). 7. The ability to organize the team's work and plan its work. 8. Skills of negotiating and representing the company from a strong position. 9. High communication skills and leadership potential. The area of ​​responsibility includes: 1. Management and development of a team of accounting and marketing managers. 2. Execution of quarterly and annual plans for FTD department. 3. Monitoring the communication of managers with partners and interaction with QA to improve the quality of work. 4. Organization of the process of interaction in the team and acceptance of responsibility for managing the account marketing team. 5. Implementation of monthly/quarterly plans of managers and TG posting at the level of at least 90%. 6. Solving problem situations with each manager and orientation of new employees. 7. Participation in the development of the department and the company as a whole through the analysis of work results and the development of strategies for further development. 9.
