Teacher support manager in Englishdom

We have been working since 2010, creating modern EdTech solutions and already 70,000+ students have spoken English with us. Our team consists of 1200 teachers and 200+ professionals who help people achieve their goals every day.

We are currently looking for a Teacher Support Manager

What will need to be done?

• provide quick and informative feedback to teachers;
• help solve technical issues and organizational issues, clearly, succinctly and politely;
• help teachers work on increasing performance and student retention;
• work with the CRM system;
• do everything necessary for the teacher to work with satisfaction in Englishdom

Our ideal candidate:

• intermediate+ English language skills (for correspondence and/or verbal communication with teachers);
• experience working with clients - from 6 months;
• excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language;
• organization, ability to quickly navigate information;
• desire to work with people and help them with issues of varying complexity;
• non-conflict, ability to get along with clients and employees, stress resistance;
• availability of a PC or laptop with free access to the Internet.

• Work schedule: from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.;
