• Analysis and control of the quality work of Specialists (certain Centers are assigned to each employee).
• Formation of the rating of specialists.
• Analysis: how to improve the work of the Employee and Center "through the eyes of the client".
• Conducting work with specialists on errors, improving indicators, motivation, helping to present the procedure.
• Conducting surveys, exams, certifications on new services or innovations of the Company, and also with the aim of "refreshing" knowledge.
• Conducting meetings for Specialists with possible paid trips to our Centers.
• Participation in conferences, educational trainings and seminars together with Specialists.
• Control of training
• Creation of methodical material, webinars for the Company, specialists.
• Presentation of ideas for optimization of work processes and improvement of the Company.
