Your main responsibilities willbe: Managing and monitoring cross-border transactions toalign with the arm’s length principle and current transfer pricing regulations; Preparing and reviewing documentation for intercompany transactions, including reports and agreements, tosupport transfer pricing positions; Liaising with tax authorities and handling any transfer pricing inquiries oraudits; Advising ontransfer pricing implications ofbusiness strategies and proposed transactions; Analyzing financial data todetermine appropriate transfer pricing methodologies and margins; Collaborating with finance and legal teams toensure the operationalization oftransfer pricing policies; Analyzing the tax implications ofpast transactions, ensuring that all tax positions taken are justifiable and compliant with current laws; Forecasting and evaluating the tax consequences ofplanned transactions, providing strategic insights tooptimize tax positions. Essential professional experience: Background infinance oreconomics, strong communication skills, and the ability towork inafast-paced, dynamic environment; Strong understanding ofinternational tax laws, including the arm’s length principle and transfer pricing regulations; Experience inmanaging and monitoring cross-border transactions toensure compliance with transfer pricing policies; Proficiency inpreparing and reviewing transfer pricing documentation, such asreports and intercompany agreements; Advisory skills toprovide insights onthe transfer pricing implications ofbusiness strategies and proposed transactions; Analytical skills toevaluate financial data and determine appropriate transfer pricing methodologies and margins; Collaboration skills towork with finance and legal teams for the operationalization oftransfer pricing policies; Tax analysis skills toreview past transactions and ensure that all tax positions are defensible and inline with current laws; Strategic planning abilities toforecast and assess the tax consequences ofplanned transactions and offer advice tooptimize tax positions.
