Your role

• You will be a key person in the tax block of M&A and international projects of the Group;
• Coordinate Tax Due Diligence (on your own or with consultants);
• Conduct analysis and mitigation of tax risks;
• Participate in structuring new acquisition agreements of assets;
• Perform analysis of EBITDA adjustments;
• Lead projects to optimize the legal structure of the international Group (substance, PE risks);
• Participate in the implementation of SAP (tax functionality), SAF-T, Pillar 2;
• Optimize tax processes transferred to FSSC.
