What skills are needed:
- Knowledge and experience of working with JIRA (from 6 months) or completed courses.
- Basic project management skills.
- Ability to analyze and optimize work processes.
- Ability to work in a team.

Your future tasks:
< span style="font-style: normal; font-weight: 400">- Monitoring compliance with the rules of work with JIRA.
- Implementation of new rules and procedures for working with the task manager.
- Managing the backlog of tasks, preventing the accumulation of uncompleted tasks.
- Control of keeping records of time spent on tasks by employees and analysis of these statistics.
- Helping different departments to configure and optimize the workspace in JIRA.
- Development of problem templates, change of space types and implementation of automations.
- Creating a motivation system for following the rules of working with the task manager.
- Collection and analysis of team performance data.
