We are a small team of Meta Ads and Google Ads (YouTube) traffic for infobusiness (webinars, courses), we make some of the best results in Ukraine and receive almost the highest checks for targeted advertising services in Ukraine .

Who are we looking for?

• First of all, we are looking for a person who knows how to feel people's emotions and thoughts (even when communicating offline) and put himself in the CA's place, understand how the CA thinks and what she wants to hear. Because it is such people who produce the best texts for creatives. And secondly, this person must be a targetologist and have technical skills in Meta Ads, creating creatives (perhaps not design ones). Experience of at least 1 year in the target will be a plus, but we are ready to consider with experience of less than 1 year.
• In order to work well within our team, a person must be responsible (not to violate deadlines), attentive (not to make frequent mistakes when setting up advertising), proactive (check projects and regularly suggest what can be done for each project, and not passively wait for "tasks from above")

What is the payment?

We work with clients for fixed $600-800, and with large projects as a % of the budget (a record of $5,600 per month payment from 1 large project). The targetologist receives 25% of the check at the Junior and Middle stages, and 33% when it grows to Senior (in general, you can grow to Senior in 6-8 months). No "$1000 for 10 projects", as in some agencies)) In the role of team leader, I currently act as the founder of the team, so this role in the team in the future can also be taken by one of the target specialists.

Junior is a short transition stage that lasts for the first 2-4 weeks during adaptation and training, differs from Middle in that I connect Junior to current projects partially (and he receives 25% not from the entire check, but in proportion to how much of the budget we spent on his campaign), and already at the Middle stage, the targetologist conducts his own projects completely and receives 25% of the entire check.

What are the duties of a targetologist in our team

• According to the standard analysis of CA, competitors, writing texts for creo, etc.
• Production of simpler static creatives independently (banners in Instagram, or according to templates in Figma), and also writing technical specifications for video editing (the video is edited by the editor).
• Setting up the pixel and events, advertising campaigns in Ads Manager, monitoring them
• Analyzing the payback of campaigns (according to YouTube tags from the client) , filling out reports (usually once a day, sometimes once a week)
• Communicating with me in chat and on a call 1 time a week (1 on 1 format)
• In the later stages, already with growth to Senior and 33% payment - answers to the client's questions in the chat.

Work schedule

We do not have a clear work schedule in our team, the main thing is that each project receives enough attention and has the desired results. The more projects you can conduct qualitatively and give them results, the more new clients I will be ready to transfer to you An important advantage will be the ability of the targetologist to promptly respond to messages during the day (within 10-15 minutes), because often clients need an immediate answer to small questions, and I write to the targetologist to clarify the answer to this question (for example, "When will you be able to do ???", "Have those new videos been launched yet?", "Did that new site come to us?").
