Who we are
FlameFame is a digital agency with a team of 20 people, which leads 30+ clients from USA, Europe and UK. We work with "white" niches (local business, e-commerce and other directions), manage 50+ advertising accounts and systematically scale.
We are joined every month by ~10 new clients.
We are now looking for a Media Buyer (Middle) - a specialist who already works confidently with Meta Ads and Google Ads and is ready to respond independently. for results on client accounts.
Who we are looking for
We do not need a "person who just runs ads".
We are looking for a performance specialist who:
thinks in terms of numbers and business goals, not just metrics;
understands why a campaign is growing or falling;
is able to make decisions independently;
able to manage 2-5 clients at the same time;
builds long-term trust through systematic work and transparency communication.
The key result of your role
The client sees stable progress, process control and understanding of the strategy:
campaign are launched on time;
data are correct;
hypotheses are systematically tested;
decisions are made 700">on the basis of analytics
Your areas of responsibility
1) Campaigns and scaling
Independent launch and management of campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads;
Building an account structure for business goals;
Optimization of budgets, audiences, creatives, keywords;
Planning and implementation of hypothesis tests;
Scaling of profitable communication.
2) Analytics and reporting
Confident work withGA4 (events, conversions, attribution);
Efficiency analysis by CPA, ROAS, CR, LTV;
Formation of conclusions and a specific action plan;
Work with TripleWhale or other systemsclient analytics;
Transparent reports: what has been done, what is being tested, where we are going.
3) Tracking and diagnostics
Discoverytracking issues (events, duplication, data loss);
Checking GTM / GA4 / Meta Pixel via DebugView, Tag Assistant, etc.;
Understanding Enhanced Conversions;
Basic interaction with CAPI (or cooperation with a technical specialist).
4) Business focus
Analysis of the client's site (offer, UX, funnel);
Identification of weak points in marketing logic;
Proposals to improve positioning or creative strategy;
Understanding that advertising is part of a business system, not a separate tool.
5) Communication
Written communication with clients;
Shortstatus updates;
Managing expectations;
Participating in internal meetings 2 times a week.
Requirements
1.5+ years of experience working with Google Ads and Meta Ads;
Experience working with budgets from $2000+/month (plus - $5000+);
Independence, analytical thinking, responsibility.
Will be a plus
TikTok Ads / LinkedIn Ads;
E-commerce Tier-1 experience;
Experience scaling profitable accounts;
Basic understanding of GTM / CAPI. TERMS
Salary: $700-900 + bonuses for keeping clients;
Full-time, 5/2 (9:00-18:00, a flexible approach is possible);
Remote format;
FOP 3 group (we help open and we compensate the accounting department/EEA);
Payments 2 times a month;
Transparent onboarding (the curator is the operations manager);
The possibility of growth to Project Manager (subject to the development of spoken English).
Main KPI
Long-term customer retention + stable progress on accounts.
