About the position Media Buyer is the one who drives the success of our clients and is responsible for delivering results. In Bayer's position at PM Agency, you will: Launch and optimize ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms.Generate new ideas and hypotheses to improve the effectiveness of ad campaigns.Collaborate with our creative team to develop interesting ad creatives.Provide feedback to project managers and to clients regarding the quality of campaigns. Requirements To be successful in this position, you must have: At least 1 year of experience in launching campaigns, with the goal of Conversion, and working with E-commerce projects (not Instashop). Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics. Ability to determine and segment target audiences, optimize and scale campaigns.Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on data analysis.Creative and innovative approach and willingness to take responsibility for your ideas.Strong multi-tasking skills and collaborative team spirit.Our ValuesInnovation— We encourage fresh ideas and innovative solutions.
