Targetologist (Instagram) in Alfa Marketing Global, TOV

We are looking for a specialist in targeted advertising on Instagram.
Work format: in the office, full-time

Main duties:

• Setting up and running advertising campaigns on Instagram;

• Analysis of results, optimization of advertising budgets;

• Selection and testing of audiences, creation of targeted campaigns;

• Cooperation with the designer and the SMM-department to create creatives;

• Preparation of short reports on advertising effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Experience as a target analyst from 1 of the year;

• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Instagram analytics;

• Attention to details, analytical thinking;

• Ability to work with KPIs and achieve results.

Working conditions:

• Work in the office (not remotely);

• Schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.;

• Salary: UAH 40,000 - 60,000 (rate + bonuses for results);
