We are looking for a targetologist for project cooperation on tasks related to the promotion of vacancies, recruitment campaigns and products of the job search site.
We need a person who not only "knows how to set up advertising", but can quickly launch a campaign, test hypotheses, give an adequate price for the result and improve the indicators along the way project.

Payment:
$50-100 per project
depending on the scope of the project
What will be in the work:
— launching and conducting advertising campaigns in Meta
— promoting vacancies, recruiting candidates, individual HR/recruitment-products
- audience selection, communication testing, campaign optimization
- analysis of results: applications, CTR, CPC, CPL, quality of leads
- interaction on texts, offers, questionnaires and advertising funnel logic
- preferably: creation of simple creatives without involving a separate designer
What is important for us:
- practical experience in targeted advertising
- the ability to work not "by buttons", but through the result
- understanding how creativity, offer, audience and application form affect the final cost of a lead
- responsibility, speed, adequate communication
- willingness to work in a project format
- experience in vacancies, lead generation, recruitment or mass recruiting will be an advantage
Will a plus, if you:
- have already launched advertising for vacancies or HR services
- know how to independently assemble simple creative in Canva / Figma / other simple tools
- understand how the advertising funnel works from click to application
